Cancellation policy

Sri Gatikachala Kshetra Bhaktajana Kainkarya Samajam (SGKBK Samajam, for short) believes in helping its donors as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• After you have made a donation, you may cancel it within 48 hours. Kindly send an email to apartha47@gmail.com with ‘Cancellation Request’ in the subject and giving complete details of the transaction (transaction reference, date, amount donated, donor’s mobile number, account number and IFSC code or UPI from which the donation was made) in order for us to process your request for cancellation.

Amount will be returned to the same account from which it was donated, minus transaction charges levied by the bank and payment gateway if any.

• We will not be able to entertain a request for cancellation for donations made if the ‘Thadiyarathanai day’ annadanam programs have already been completed.
